The PFC Digital Currency Fund focuses on investing and managing portfolios for investors in the emerging market of Blockchain-based technologies and Cryptocurrencies. The analyst will be part of both our research and strategic advisory practice. Research tasks will involve assessing public blockchain technologies, business models, and markets. The advisory component will involve working with entrepreneurs looking to tokenize their business model. You’ll be working directly with company founders and providing accurate, useful, and well communicated feedback about their token economy.

Requirements

• Solid understanding of the technical details of emerging projects.
• Lead evaluation of new infrastructure innovations in the space.
• Solid understanding of smart contracts scripting, cryptography, crypto-economics, and blockchain technologies
• Sharp analytical abilities (identification of unconventional trends and emerging technologies)
• Able to explain complex concepts in simple terms.

Responsibilities

• Work with the senior investment team
• Screening Cryptocurrency and Blockchain Projects
• Identifying emerging opportunities
• Work closely with technical teams on their crypto-economic model, smart contract security, and other concerns.
• Willingness to travel as necessary
